With our Managed Services package, we’ll take care of this for you. Your Virtual Private Server will be added to the custom–developed server monitoring software system and in case there’s a sign of a trouble, our skilled tech support engineers will be informed momentarily.

Weekly Backups

When you have a regularly visited website or a data–intensive web app, it is important to keep a full backup copy of everything. However, setting up an automated backup system can be difficult. That is why our company offers you our Managed Services package – we will maintain a full backup of your VPS server, not only of your websites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts are run each and every week, retaining all the modifications that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure specific software on it. And if this may sound like something much too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Managed Services package, is definitely the right solution for your needs. While using it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our practiced server admins who will install and set–up any software or fix any trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an additional feature.
